What You'll Do

Our Recruiters identify and engage experienced Financial Advisors across the country on behalf of leading wealth-management firms.

You'll learn how to:

• Prospect and communicate with successful Financial Advisors
• Get past gatekeepers and reach difficult-to-contact professionals
• Start conversations and quickly build credibility
• Present compelling career opportunities
• Ask effective questions and uncover motivations
• Handle objections and rejection professionally
• Create interest with people who weren't necessarily looking for a change
• Schedule qualified meetings with senior hiring managers
• Build and manage a professional pipeline using Salesforce
• Develop professional sales, negotiation, and closing skills

Training & Development

You don't need to know financial services on Day One.

Our team will provide training and ongoing coaching in:

• Financial-services recruiting
• Prospecting strategies
• Professional phone communication
• Objection handling
• Candidate qualification
• Sales psychology
• Closing techniques
• Salesforce and recruiting technology
• Pipeline management

You'll work alongside experienced recruiters and managers who can help you develop your skills and become increasingly effective.

What Success Looks Like

Our Recruiters work in a high-activity, performance-driven environment.

You'll use Salesforce and our outbound dialing technology to connect with Financial Advisors throughout the country.

Your initial performance target is:

Minimum quota: 2 qualified meetings per week

As your skills improve, your production — and earning potential — can grow significantly.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

No evenings. No weekends.

Compensation

Starting Base: $24/hour ($49,920/year), paid bi-weekly

Plus: Uncapped commission opportunities
