The Role:

As the CMM Operator, you willjoin our Quality Department and play a critical role in delivering high-qualitythermal solutions to industries that keep the world moving.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform precision inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to validate part accuracy
• Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, thread gages, gage pins) to verify dimensions
• Analyze data and collaborate with CNC and manufacturing teams on results
• Identify and communicate quality concerns proactively
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in inspection and quality processes
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Our Requirements:

• Basic understanding of GD&T and Blueprint reading
• Experience using measurement equipment such as mics, calipers, thread gages and gage pins.
• Comfortable with basic math and computer systems
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Pride in delivering high-quality, accurate results
• Ability to cooperate with team members while maintaining a professional attitude.

Pay Rate : $22.00-24.00 hourly (2nd shift has a 15% shift differential)
