Associate

To support the growth of a national executive search firm, the fully remote Associate will manage multiple search projects, develop candidate pools, and collaborate with partners to ensure successful client engagements. Key Responsibilities Scope positions with clients through initial visits and draft position descriptions Conduct extensive research to build a diverse candidate pool and implement networking strategies Evaluate candidates through interviews and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates throughout the search process Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two to six years of progressively responsible professional experience Exceptional written and oral communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities, with excellent time management skills Capacity to evaluate candidates and articulate client challenges effectively Collaborative nature with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
