This individual will be responsible for providing leadership and support to warehouse associates while ensuring the efficient operation of receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes. This position serves as the primary point of contact for associates on the floor and works closely with supervisors and management to achieve operational goals. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $19/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 1st shift / Monday – Thursday Located in Plainfield, Indiana Duties and Responsibilities Lead and direct daily activities of warehouse associates. Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to company policies. Train, coach, and develop team members on warehouse procedures and safety practices. Assign work tasks and ensure staffing levels meet operational demands. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper inventory control procedures. Ensure timely and accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. Investigate and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and employee concerns. Promote a safe work environment and enforce OSHA and company safety standards. Complete production reports, performance metrics, and operational documentation. Collaborate with supervisors and management to improve processes and efficiency. Conduct daily team meetings and communicate operational updates. Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer service objectives. Requirements and Qualifications 2–5 years of logistics, warehouse, or distribution center experience. Experience leading teams in a high-volume warehouse environment. Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
