Team Leader: Job Description We’re looking for a dedicated and values-driven Team Leader who embodies Chick-fil-A’s culture of service and leadership. This role requires someone with a servant’s heart—someone who thrives on helping others succeed, leads with integrity, and approaches every task with energy and purpose. As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting senior leadership with daily operations, ensuring team accountability, and maintaining our standards of operational excellence and guest experience. Your primary focus will be twofold: ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations, and coaching and developing team members to grow personally and professionally. You’ll set the example through your actions—leading with care, enthusiasm, and excellence so others are inspired to follow.
