We’re growing our presence in Chicago across River North and Oakbrook Center. Oakbrook is an established operating venue, while our upcoming River North location is currently under construction. This is an opportunity to lead an existing business while helping shape, launch, and build the culture of a brand new venue from the ground up.

We’re seeking a passionate, experienced Dual Site Manager who moves fast, thinks big, and owns their results. You thrive in hospitality, retail, or entertainment environments and are inspired by guest engagement, team leadership, and growing a business, all with an eye on guest satisfaction and profitability. You are equally comfortable setting strategy across two venues and being hands on when the business needs you.

Job Purpose

You will serve as the business leader and brand ambassador across our River North and Oakbrook venues. You will oversee venue operations, guest service excellence, event management, team growth, and financial performance (P&L) across both locations. You’ll partner with your Area Manager, Central Office, and cross functional teams including Marketing, HR, and Tech to drive growth, monitor KPIs, and deliver a top tier experience at both venues.

Key Info

• Salary: $50,000 to $60,000

• Bonus: Up to 10 percent annual performance incentive

• Start: ASAP

• Probation: All new hires are subject to a 90 day probationary period. During this time, performance, reliability, and team fit will be assessed to determine continued employment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead high performing teams across both venues and foster a culture of customer service excellence, operational consistency, accountability, and engagement

• Manage daily on site venue operations, customer service, and retail experiences across River North and Oakbrook in a fast paced environment

• Drive local marketing initiatives and event planning, including school breaks, holidays, and community events, to boost bookings and foot traffic

• Own budget management, payroll, labor scheduling, POS operations, and profit and loss oversight across both venues

• Monitor and act on key performance indicators including revenue growth, guest satisfaction ratings, internal reviews, and labor performance

• Handle and convert guest and group sales inquiries through confident, responsive sales communication

• Cover solo shifts when needed to support lean labor strategies and ensure smooth operations

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, venue maintenance policies, brand standards, and local, state, and federal regulations

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop talent across both teams to support performance and succession planning

• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Tech to align operations with brand strategy and technology driven service improvements

• Build relationships in both local communities

• Play an active leadership role in the pre opening and launch of River North, including team recruitment, onboarding, training, operational readiness, and establishing strong venue standards from day one to enhance visibility and brand reputation

• Balance priorities across two venues while maintaining consistent standards, communication, and execution

What We Need From You

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years as a General Manager, Multi Site Manager, or equivalent leadership role in hospitality, retail, or location based entertainment

• Proven track record of driving profitability, customer service, and guest satisfaction

• Experience managing P&L, staffing schedules, labor costs, and POS systems

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and venue operations

• Proven ability to lead and develop multiple teams while maintaining consistent standards across locations

Preferred Experience

• Experience in food and beverage or sales heavy environments

• Tech savvy with familiarity using CRM, POS, and scheduling software

• Skilled in local marketing tools including social media campaigns, community outreach, and promotional events

• Experience balancing multiple locations, competing priorities, and different team needs
