Marketing Generalist (Senior Associate) Position Overview Experience Level: 3-5 years Locations: Washington, DC; San Francisco, CA; New York, NY Employment Type: Contract About The Role Our client, a Big 4 Consulting firm, is seeking a Marketing Generalist (Senior Associate) to join a blended team of marketers and producers supporting audio and visual content — including live and recorded webcasts, podcasts, and videos — for stakeholders across NY, DC, and San Francisco. This is a marketing role, not a hands-on producing role. The Senior Associate provides end-to-end project management support for webcasts, from initial planning with business marketers through live execution. Responsibilities Partner with business marketers to plan webcasts — format, invitations, copy, and forms Use a detailed run book to project-manage each webcast alongside stakeholders and the production team Provide end-to-end support for producing, delivering, and executing webcasts across multiple markets Attend the office on production days for stakeholder management and to ensure people/resources are in the right place; schedule varies, so flexibility is important Support both live webcasts (often 1-hour sessions) and prerecorded webcasts (which may span multiple production days) Navigate a matrixed organization, including a high volume of form completion outside of studio/production days Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines, especially during quarter-end peak periods Maintain project trackers, prepare meeting agendas/recaps, capture action items, manage files and version control, and route materials for review Ideal Candidate Strong project management skills — reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with change Some marketing experience is a plus, but secondary to project management ability Webcasting experience is a strong differentiator Experience in a large, matrixed organization and/or a regulated industry Familiarity with WorkFront preferred; basic Microsoft Office proficiency required Highly organized, process-driven mindset Schedule No weekends, no excessive night hours; must be flexible with in-office production days Requirements High school diploma required #J-18808-Ljbffr Tential Solutions
