Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Position Overview

The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager will oversee the daily operations of landscape maintenance crews while ensuring superior service, quality control, client satisfaction, and team development.

Minimum 3 years experience managing landscape maintenance crews is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of landscape maintenance crews
• Schedule routine maintenance services and site enhancements
• Serve as liaison between clients and field crews
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to ensure quality expectations are met
• Handle problem-solving and customer service issues promptly and professionally
• Recommend and implement landscape enhancements
• Prepare estimates and assist with sales of new maintenance contracts
• Review and renew existing contracts
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures and training
• Assist with hiring, training, promotions, and disciplinary actions
• Purchase tools, materials, and supplies as needed
• Oversee truck, equipment, and tool maintenance and repairs
• Train and mentor crew members for continuous improvement
• Help crews establish priorities and maintain productivity
• Oversee time management and accurate record keeping
• Contribute to company planning and operational goals
• Maintain high standards of quality control — our number one focus

Qualifications

• Clean California DMV record
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in landscape maintenance
• Strong knowledge of local plants, pruning, soils, IPM, and plant care
• Knowledge of Cal OSHA regulations and landscape safety practices
• Basic irrigation troubleshooting and controller adjustment experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency with QuickBooks, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Access
• Bilingual Spanish and English a must
