Assistant Restaurant Manager

You will help train and support team members, monitor service quality, and contribute to the smooth running of front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations Supervise and support restaurant staff during shifts Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Help train, schedule, and mentor team members Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally Support cash handling, reporting, and daily financial procedures Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures Help manage staff performance and provide constructive feedback Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Basic understanding of restaurant operations and customer service Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights #J-18808-Ljbffr Michelangelo Legend
