What You'll Do

• Deliver expert nursing care utilizing the nursing process within PICU standards
• Assess patients' conditions and develop appropriate care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor and respond to acute changes in patient status
• Educate families and patients about their care needs
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, standards, and hospital policies

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric or critical care nursing experience
• Current BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt dynamically to patient needs and work in a fast-paced environment
