Registered NurseDays and Nights - 12 HR BLS / ACLS / PALS - Needed. This job acts as a leader in the provision of patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses and Product & Standards of Practice. Effectively delegates, directs, and assists licensed and ancillary team members. Assumes accountability for quality patient outcomes, exhibits sensitivity to cultural, ethnic and religious diversity in all interactions, and maintains involvement in activities aimed toward the achievement of unit and the department's strategic goals and objectives. Preferred - Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.Experience Required - 2+ yearsCertifications Required - Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Current Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association. Current CPI certification from the Crisis Prevention InstituteKSAs Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications. Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process. Excellent organizational and time management skills.Job Duties Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
