Project Manager - Content Strategy & ProgrammingThe Project Manager, Content Strategy & Programming, is responsible for coordinating content acquisition, distribution partner relationships, agreement workflows, asset delivery, and programming activities. This role serves as a key operational liaison between external content distributors and internal teams, ensuring titles, agreements, assets, and schedules are managed accurately and completed on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced media and entertainment environment.Job ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day relationships with external content distributors and serve as a primary point of contact for communication and project coordination.Support the evaluation and selection of content titles for acquisition based on business and programming priorities.Assist with negotiating deal terms and coordinating content acquisition activities with distribution partners.Review and revise content agreements and coordinate follow-up with Business Affairs and Legal Affairs to support timely execution.Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure required content assets and supporting materials are delivered on schedule.Coordinate title scheduling across internal programming systems, including WON, PTS, and other departmental tracking tools.Maintain accurate title information, schedules, agreements, and project tracking documentation.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure content acquisition and programming activities remain on schedule.Identify, communicate, and escalate potential issues or delays related to agreements, asset delivery, or title scheduling.Manage multiple title and project workflows simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Support additional content strategy, programming, and project coordination activities as assigned.Job Requirements3–5 years of experience in project management, content operations, programming, content acquisition, or a related field.Experience in the media, entertainment, television, or streaming industry preferred.Familiarity with content acquisition, licensing, programming, or distribution processes.Experience managing relationships and coordinating projects with external vendors, distributors, or business partners.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and tracking information.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Business Affairs, Legal, Operations, Programming, and other internal stakeholders.Experience with content scheduling, programming, or workflow management systems preferred.Familiarity with systems such as WON and PTS is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
