Senior Program Coordinator

Summary The PacSci Business Sr. Program Coordinator plays a vital role in the PacSci culture by driving critical deliveries to customers and continuous improvements throughout the organization. Working closely with Program Managers, the coordinator manages the tactical execution of programs and other scopes of work, collaborating with functional team members to benchmark best practices and enhance current systems. Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementation of projects, creating and updating customer document submittals (e.g., SDRLs, Monthly Progress Reports) and the Integrated Master Schedule in MS Project. Plan and manage Outlook meetings, logging and managing action items for customer and internal meetings. Liaise with the project team and cross‑functional disciplines (Planning, Contracts, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing) to complete project tasks. Conduct data mining, organization, and analysis. Perform administrative duties such as material pick‑up and distribution, status work order releases, and material line of balance maintenance. Minimum Requirements HS Diploma (required) AA Degree or Bachelor’s in Business, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for daily job tasks. Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 23.46‑43.56. ITU Compliance Adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations is essential.
