With over eight years of experience in the insurance industry—including more than three as an agency owner—I’ve developed a deep appreciation for both leadership and community connection. Currently leading a close-knit team (soon to grow!), I’m hands-on when it comes to training and mentorship, but I also believe in collaborative success—everyone plays a role in reaching our goals. As we prepare to welcome new team members, I’m excited to find individuals who are motivated, team-oriented, and ready to build something meaningful together. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
