Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
Position Overview
If you are motivated by performance and want your sales results rewarded, this Account Representative opportunity with Jessica Scallan State Farm in Pace, FL offers a base pay structure plus sales commission with strong earning potential. We are looking for someone driven, coachable, and ready to put in the work to grow.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, then convert qualified opportunities into appointments and applications
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
- Participate in product training and licensing coursework
- Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required — we will train you
- Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
- Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
- Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication

Pay range: $50,000-$75,000 per year
This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Your earning potential grows with your sales performance — top performers exceed this range.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Qualifications to be employees of a State Farm agent are established by each independent contractor agent. By applying/accepting a position with an independent contractor agent, you are not promised, guaranteed, or given a special preference in the selection process to become an independent contractor agent for the State Farm Insurance Companies. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
