Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, & engineering.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience managing complex engineering projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience in Product development experience with hardware/software integrated products and global development teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering product development principles and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project tool, including ability to create and maintain complex schedules, Project Plans and Project updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-4 concurrent global new product introduction programs, overseeing integrated hardware, Firmware, and/or software, and/or mechanical product development in Agile development manner.
• Develop and maintain project release roadmaps, schedules, and budgets using MS Project or smart sheets, ensuring delivery within defined scope, cost, and time targets.
• Direct multi-disciplinary cross-functional engineering and operations teams (10-15+ across multiple sites), ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
• Define program scope and manage change control, including negotiations with stakeholders on program contracts and scope variations.
• Drive commercialization success, ensuring products meet ROI, cost, and business objectives while balancing technical feasibility.
