If you are a person with a relentless drive to succeed, a strong focus on quality with a passion for success – join us today!UCT is looking for a talented Engineer I, IT User Support to join us in Chandler, AZ!Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a key member of the UCT Information Technology Team, this position is responsible for all aspects of Information Technology Support Services including the administration and support of desktops, laptops, and communications hardware/software and office systems.Respond to requests for IT assistance via phone, internal ticketing system and emailExcellent verbal and written communicationIdentify and escalate situations requiring urgent attentionDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issuesAssist with user training.Track and route problems, requests and document resolutionsRolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resourcesTroubleshoot user reported software issues and assist in the successful resolution of those issues.Prioritize work and address multiple tasks concurrentlyCreate trouble tickets, receive troubleshooting requests.Required Qualifications/Skills:3+ years current experience in desktop support on a medium to large size networkUnderstanding of Windows 2008/2019 Domain environment, Active Directory, servers, desktop systems and communications devices using current technologiesTechnically adept with experience or interest in supporting customers.Punctual and respectful of others' schedules and meet deadlines in a timely manner.Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft office and desktop products.Demonstrated ability to support networked printers, photocopiers, scanners, and multifunction devices.Demonstrated knowledge of setting up remote access for users.Ability to manage priorities and expectations in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized team player.Ambitious, Goal Driven, and possess a Positive Attitude.Desired Qualifications/Skills:Basic knowledge of physical Ethernet cablingBasic knowledge of ethernet networksUltra Clean Technology is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
