Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience completing evaluations, daily treatments, and discharges in a skilled nursing setting.

Assignment Details

• Assignment is in a skilled nursing setting with a census of 120 and a high rehab-to-home population.
• Black scrubs are required.
• Productivity requirement is 90%.
