OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Knoxville, TN by HMD Trucking
$1,505 - $2,175 per weekFull-time
HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Join HMD Trucking’s elite flatbed crew for coast-to-coast miles.
Your Duties:
- Load, secure, and tarp flatbed freight
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Keep compliant logs and paperwork
Driver Perks:
- $0.70/mile base pay with $0.10 CPM bonus for safety and productivity
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Access to 500+ modern tractors with APU, inverter, sleeper cab, rider seat, and in-house maintenance
Class A CDL and 12+ months OTR flatbed experience required.
