Pay Rate/Range: $28-37/hr

Description: Qualified candidates will be responsible for setting up, programming, troubleshooting, and operating CNC lathes or mills to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications and quality standards. This role requires interpreting blueprints and work instructions, aligning fixtures and tooling, performing quality inspections with precision measuring instruments, monitoring machine performance, and making adjustments as needed to maintain production efficiency and accuracy. Candidates will collaborate with Engineering and CNC Programmers to improve processes, maintain equipment and work areas, complete ISO documentation, follow all safety and quality procedures, and support production schedules while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Experience using CNC machinery, precision measuring tools, manual shop equipment, and forklifts is preferred.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with 3–5 years of precision machining experience. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, with additional on-the-job training provided for specific job assignments and company processes.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm or Friday-Sunday, 5:00am-5:30pm
