Our outpatient treatment center is dedicated to creating a supportive and therapeutic environment, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional like you to join our team. Responsibilities Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists, focusing on behavioral interventions, skill-building, and support Assist patients in developing personal goals, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans Implement and monitor behavioral plans, including behavioral interventions and skill-building activities Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and standards Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Previous experience working in a behavioral health setting; certification as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or equivalent preferred Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality Must be able to work nights and weekends What We Offer Competitive Salary : Benefits : #J-18808-Ljbffr Arch Recovery Group
