Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Charleston, West Virginia | ContractPosition Summary: ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support students with behavioral and developmental needs in a school setting. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, and use data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions. Responsibilities include collaborating with teachers, paraprofessionals, families, and related service providers; providing staff training on behavior support strategies; and supporting students' participation, independence, and success in the classroom.Job Requirements: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Meet applicable state and school district credentialing requirements. Three or more years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or related developmental disabilities and mental health disorders. Experience supporting individuals with severely challenging behaviors and designing and implementing related assessment and intervention strategies. Mastery of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, methods, and evidence-based practices. Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans. Knowledge of differentiated instruction and strategies for supporting students with diverse learning needs. Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data, evaluate outcomes, and make informed intervention decisions. Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and communication skills. Ability to train and coach school staff in consistent implementation of behavioral interventions. Ability to collaborate with the educational team to support IEP goals and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for assignments requiring travel between school locations.Other Required Documentation: Current resume listing detailed work history in MM/YYYY format. Verification of current BCBA certification and any applicable state credentials. Two current professional references. Must pass required background checks and drug screening.
