The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, is open to learning and responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team. This individual will engage with and provide an exemplary service experience for guests while maintaining a clean and well-organized fitness environment. They will work closely with the team to provide a clean and safe fitness environment for guests. They will maintain an energetic presence in the fitness area.If you enjoy engaging with people from all over the world and making meaningful connections, as well as taking steps to “WOW” people, we want you!Your Role:You will enhance the guest experience while in the fitness centerYou will ensure the equipment is in safe and operating correctlyYou will greet and engage with guests, setting the example for customer service best practices.You will maintain the cleanliness of the fitness centerYou will have knowledge of the fitness area and the resort/hotel.You will ensure policies are followed in all point-of-sale operations.Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interestHelp to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite rightYou will work closely with the team to ensure the retail store is kept clean and organizedInteract with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary informationWhat are we looking for?Someone who is available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidaysSomeone with a High school diploma or equivalentSomeone with previous experience customer service experienceSomeone with a strong desire to make an impact on other peopleSomeone with an outgoing and engaging personalitySomeone with strong Computer skillsSomeone with excellent verbal and written communication skillsSomeone with the ability to work in a fast-paced settingCompensation:-Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
