RN Wound Care Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Provide wound care services to residents, including assessing, evaluating, and treating wounds, as well as educating patients and families on wound care management

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote wound healing and prevent future wounds

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination

• Perform wound dressing changes, debridement, and other treatments as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed wound care records and reports

• Stay current with evidence-based wound care practices and guidelines
