This full-time opportunity offers 36-hours per week, full benefits, and a convenient schedule. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.

Role and Responsibilities  

Assumes responsibility and accountability  for inpatient skin and  wound  care management . T hese include coordination of clinical services to provide consistent quality care for patients with wounds in the inpatient setting. He/she collaborates with physicians, outpatient and inpatient health care professionals and staff employed an affiliated with WRMC . He/she works within the framework of the Florida Nurse Practice Act and follows all hospital policies and procedures.  

Qualifications

• Job Requirements:
• ​​ Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. BSN  P referred .  

• ​ BLS (current up on hire).  

• ​ Current Florida RN license.  

• ​ Five  years’experience in acute patient care.  

• ​ Wound Care Experience Preferred  

• ​ Demonstrates strong leadership, education to Patient and Nurses,  written and verbal and communication skills.  

• ​ Basic computer and data entry skills required.
