CNC Machinist -Premium Threading Experience Required

Job Description Job Description CNC Machinist - East Houston, TX New Tech Global is hiring a CNC Machinist for a manufacturing client in East Houston. Key Responsibilities * Set up and operate CNC machines from start to finish * Perform premium threading on a wide range of products and material types, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications * Read and work from blueprints, verifying dimensions and tolerances * Conduct dimensional inspections and maintain product traceability * Adjust machine settings (speed, feed, tooling) as needed * Troubleshoot and resolve minor machining issues independently * Support process improvement initiatives with operations management * Assist lead/supervisor and help train other machinists * Step into lead responsibilities when required * Complete required documentation and report non-conformances Qualifications * Minimum 2 years CNC machining experience * At least 3 years experience with FANUC controls * Strong blueprint reading and machining knowledge * Experience selecting tooling and completing setups independently * Strong hands-on experience with premium threading and inspection of threaded connections * Ability to use inspection and measurement tools accurately * Capable of handling multiple setups and machining operations * Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision Shifts: * Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
