Client Services Representative

Job Description Helmwood Veterinary Clinic is a General Practice Facility, seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but not required.
The ideal new team member we are looking for is self-motivated, a quick thinker, able to multi-task efficiently, and has excellent communication skills and compassion. Is this you?
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Multi-line phone system management
• Email, text and voice-mail management
• Service excellence to address needs of clients and clinic staff
• Appointment scheduling and management
• Excellent client communication
• Patient check in & check out
• Manage cash, check and credit card payments from clients
• Client education & services
Qualifications:
• Experience providing superb professional and personable client services
• A minimum of 1 year working in customer services is requested
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office ad Outlook experience preferred)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks confidently, calmly and professionally
• Interpersonal skills working in a team environment
