Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Part-Time

Join our growing healthcare team providing patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout  Fremont, Ohio.  This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, no call or overnight responsibilities, and the opportunity to work collaboratively with physicians and facility staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Additional Facility Opportunities:Hudson and North Baltimore, Ohio

Additional Opportunities Nationwide: Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

Position Highlights

Part-time with flexible scheduling

Six-hour facility shifts; rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

No call or overnight shifts

Average 15–20 patient visits per day

Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans

Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

Board Certification, Nurse Practitioners: ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN. Physician Assistants: NCCPA

Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED

Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
