In this pivotal role, you’ll greet and assist residents, visitors, and callers, manage daily operations at the front desk, and help maintain the security and privacy of our facility. You’ll collaborate with staff to address service requests, respond to emergencies, and ensure our entrance remains inviting and secure. Requirements Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills. Strong technology skills with solid experience using Microsoft Office products. Superior customer service skills. Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task. Ability to present a professional and welcoming appearance. Ability to meet facility and state immunization requirements. This is a non-exempt/hourly position that pays $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, plus any applicable shift differentials. The typical shift for this position is 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, in addition to picking up additional hours on an on-call basis as needed.
