High‑Earning Potential With strong performance, bonus‑eligible crew members earn an average of $40–$55/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success! Bonus Structure You'll work in a crew of three. Once you operate as a Lead Installer or Team Lead, you are eligible for bonuses. Our uncapped bonus structure rewards efficiency.
