Admissions Specialist

To support a high-quality intake experience for new members, the full-time Member Admissions Specialist will coordinate admissions operations, manage member workflows, and ensure accurate data entry in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day admission operations and manage the intake process for new members Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues affecting member treatment Coordinate with medical providers to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of admission forms Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role Experience in a virtual environment and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Proficiency in Excel and Google Apps (Gmail and Google Docs) Access to reliable internet and telephone services with specified bandwidth requirements
