Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Property Accountant in Chicago, Illinois. The successful candidate will prepare financial statements for assigned properties and oversee financial planning and analysis. The role requires strong Excel skills, 4-5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
