Senior Compensation Partner

As a trusted advisor, the full-time remote Senior Global Compensation Partner will manage the execution of the global annual merit cycle, partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on compensation strategies, and lead global benchmarking and job pricing across multiple countries. Key responsibilities Own the execution of the global annual merit cycle, including configuration, communications, and final payroll results Collaborate with HR Business Partners on organizational changes, promotions, and complex pay decisions Lead global benchmarking and job pricing initiatives, ensuring alignment with market data across various countries Required qualifications 8+ years of compensation experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment Proven experience managing an annual merit cycle from start to finish Deep knowledge of global benchmarking, job pricing, and salary structures Hands-on experience with frontier AI models and advanced Excel modeling skills; proficiency in Python or SQL is a plus Strong ability to advise on complex pay decisions and integrate compensation post-acquisition
