Neonatal NICU Respiratory Therapy Lead

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Manager for the NICU to oversee neonatal respiratory care within the inpatient setting. You will lead a team of neonatal respiratory therapists, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive regulatory compliance and staff development. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care plans, manage equipment and inventory, and promote continuous education among staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr New England Child Life
