Customs Operations Specialist
University of Miami
Customs Operations Specialist Facilitate transactional support for imports and exports. Establish and drive a positive working environment and focus on the internal customer experience while maintaining compliance in all activities for guests and colleagues. Coordinate customs clearance by communicating with customers, origin offices and other departments to obtain necessary information to coordinate clearance and delivery of shipments. Handle files from start to finish for customs clearance and prepare necessary documents for other government agencies, including delivery and billing. Perform duties in accordance with company policies, including The Royal Way, SQM standards, USPH guidelines, environmental, and safety policies. Be prepared to perform any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Qualifications Department: Finance & Accounting Language required: English #J-18808-Ljbffr
