We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our remote team and support daily operational activities.
Position Summary

The Operations Coordinator will oversee and coordinate day-to-day business operations, support logistics activities, maintain records, and ensure seamless communication between departments, drivers, and customers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and logistics schedules.
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding operational updates.
• Maintain and update company records, reports, and databases.
• Assist with preparing operational reports and performance metrics.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Address and resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate team activities.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Experience using logistics or project management software is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
