Who You Are Get down on the floor to play and explore with children Bring creativity, patience, and joy into every interaction Support children’s social and emotional growth Are dependable, motivated, and a true team player Can follow EEC regulations while keeping the classroom engaging Have prior classroom experience (preferred but not required — we train the right fit!)
