Job Description

As a Licensed Barber working within a small team, you will provide expert hair cutting, shaving, and styling services tailored to each customer's needs. You will manage appointments using a basic digital calendar, ensuring efficient service typically lasting 15-30 minutes. This role offers opportunities for skill development and career advancement, including senior barber and management positions.

Responsibilities

Perform hair cutting, shaving, and styling services
Deliver excellent customer service tailored to individual needs
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work area
Schedule and manage customer appointments effectively
Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Barber License

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of barbering experience
Proficient in hair cutting techniques, shaving, and grooming
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of sanitation practices
Effective time management and attention to detail
Familiarity with product knowledge
