Maintenance Director Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Director to join our team at Nightingale at Crossett, a premier healthcare facility located in Crossett, Arkansas. As a key member of our leadership team, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all aspects of our facility, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our patients, residents, and staff. Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems Develop and implement an effective maintenance schedule to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal facility performance Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and effective response to maintenance and repair needs Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement proactive measures to prevent equipment failure Collaborate with the facilities team to develop and implement budget plans and cost-saving initiatives Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision Strong communication and problem-solving skills About Us: Nightingale at Crossett is a premier healthcare facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients and residents.
