Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance department, including scheduling and coordinating repairs, maintenance, and renovations

• Develop and manage the department's budget to ensure efficient use of resources

• Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff to ensure high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs and concerns

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, with a focus on customer service and quality control

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
