What Makes This Role Great: In this high-impact role, you will be the dedicated expert driving the growth of Tekla Structures across new and existing accounts. You will partner directly with clients to uncover their critical operational challenges, serving as a trusted guide through their end-to-end purchasing journey and making a direct impact on the modern construction ecosystem.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Sales Executives to discover, develop, and close high-value subscription sales opportunities for Tekla Structures.
• Engage with prospective clients to uncover operational pain points and demonstrate how Trimble software addresses their specific business needs.
• Maintain an active pipeline while staying ahead of product updates and industry advancements in collaboration with product marketing.
• Formulate, execute, and refine long- and short-range territory sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of proven B2B software sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
• Strong technical aptitude or deep understanding of workflows within structural steel fabrication, detailing, or structural concrete industries.
• Demonstrated experience with Tekla Structures or related AEC software solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills across all enterprise levels.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace tools.

Bonus Points For:

• Hands-on experience working directly in structural engineering, steel fabrication, or concrete detailing environments.
• Direct background selling SaaS software subscriptions into AECO accounts.

Logistics:

Location: Remote, USA

Travel Requirement: Up to 30% (averaging 20%)

Compensation: 180k OTE +/- Salary + Commission
