IT Project Manager, Healthcare

This role supports a structured PMO managing multiple clinical and technology projects, with a focus on Epic Clinical initiatives. Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle across ~17 active clinical/IT projects. Maintain schedules, status updates, risk logs, and communication plans. Coordinate with clinical, IT, vendor, and operational stakeholders. Ensure adherence to PMO standards, scope, and timelines. Support Epic Clinical workflow and system enhancement projects. Provide support on Telehealth-related initiatives as needed. Required Qualifications 5+ years Project Management experience within a structured PMO. PMP Certification (required). Experience working in a hospital environment (required). Experience supporting Epic Clinical projects or workflows. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications CSM Certification (preferred) but not required. Experience with Telehealth initiatives is a plus.
