Job Title: RN - Labor and Delivery


Location: San Antonio, TX


Pay: $2,142.72 weekly


Shifts: Days 7A-7P, Every 3rd weekend


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position in San Antonio, TX. This is a travel assignment providing care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The role involves independent practice and management of patient care with a focus on both routine and complex cases.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery
  • Providing nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
  • Administering medications and treatments, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness
  • Documenting patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
  • Assessing learning needs and providing education to patients, family members, and caregivers
Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery
  • RN License in the state of TX or compact
  • Current BLS certification required (AHA only)
  • Current ACLS certification required (AHA only)
  • Current NRP certification required
  • Certification from NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or AWHONN course
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
