Full Time WESTBOROUGH, MA, US Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team here at Honda Westborough. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring they receive exceptional service and expert advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and technicians. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services required, including shocks struts, brake repair, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs. Prepare estimates for services and repairs, utilizing skills in auto estimating and automotive service management. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining customer confidentiality. Follow up with customers regarding their service experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain an organized workspace and keep accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology to provide informed recommendations. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or as a service technician is preferred. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and repair processes. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and customer service best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
