Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, referrals, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Ask thoughtful questions to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to help achieve individual and office sales goals.
• Build long-term customer relationships based on trust, service, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with team members on outreach and business-development strategies.
• Track sales activity and progress toward established goals.
• Maintain compliance with office procedures and applicable insurance regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a sales environment.
• Confident initiating conversations and following up with prospective customers.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Previous sales, customer service, marketing, or outreach experience is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
