Core Responsibilities

Lead the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process for canvassing representatives
Build, develop, and retain a high-performing field marketing team
Conduct daily team meetings, field training, and performance coaching
Create accountability systems that drive appointment-setting success
Develop and implement canvassing scripts, training programs, and best practices
Analyze neighborhoods and deploy effective territory mapping and route strategies
Track key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve team productivity
Work closely with company leadership to achieve lead generation and growth objectives

Required Experience

Proven canvassing management experience within the home improvement industry or a closely related field (required)
Demonstrated success recruiting, training, and managing field representatives
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
Experience with territory planning, route management, and field logistics
Results-driven mindset with the ability to hold teams accountable to performance goals
Excellent communication and organizational skills
