Located on the beautiful shores of Lake of the Ozarks, The Lodge of Four Seasons offers exceptional dining experiences that complement our premier resort atmosphere. We are seeking energetic, guest-focused Food Runners to join our Food & Beverage team.

As a Food Runner, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service by ensuring food is delivered accurately, efficiently, and with genuine hospitality. You'll work closely with our culinary and service teams to create memorable dining experiences for guests while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced resort restaurant environment.

As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring food is delivered promptly and accurately from the kitchen to our guests. You'll help maintain smooth communication between the culinary and front-of-house teams while providing attentive service that enhances the overall dining experience.

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
• Verify order accuracy and presentation before delivering dishes
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Assist with table maintenance, clearing, and resetting as needed
• Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Support restaurant operations during peak service periods
• Answer guest questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive guest service at all times

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, resort, or customer service experience preferred
• Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays of food safely
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
