Insurance Customer Service Representative | Career Path to Insurance Agent

Looking for more than just another customer service job? Consumers First Insurance Agency is looking for a dependable, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing Sales & Service team. Insurance experience is a plus, but we're also willing to train the right person who is interested in building a career in insurance and willing to obtain their Property & Casualty license. This position is designed for someone who wants to learn the insurance industry, grow with an independent agency, and potentially move into an Insurance Agent role with greater earning potential. Pay & Growth $16-$21/hour based on experience and licensing Commission opportunities on new business Paid, hands-on job training. (This does not include license fees.)
