We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Representative to join our growing family! You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services via a needs-based conversation that leaves the customer feeling empowered about their insurance options. The ability to speak Spanish is a major plus as our market of Spanish-speaking clientele is rapidly growing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services via a needs-based conversation.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Quote and contact individuals looking for assistance with their insurance needs.
• Meet face-to-face with customers and prospects to discuss their life insurance needs.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but we are open to training the right candidate!
• Self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the sales industry.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of team.
• Ability to speak Spanish is not required, but is advantageous.
