Position Overview

This is your opportunity to join a high-performing, growth-minded agency where your efforts make a difference. This position features work in both customer service and sales, you will build relationships with new and existing customers, identify their insurance needs, and help protect what matters most through State Farm auto, home, life, and other insurance products.

You’ll also provide exceptional customer service and help strengthen long-term customer relationships. This position offers hands-on experience in a successful State Farm agent’s office and the opportunity to develop valuable sales and business skills. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Position may require irregular working hours
